COLLEGEVILLE, Pa. – DeSales swept a non-conference volleyball match from Ursinus on Wednesday night by a 3-0 score.
Set scores were 25-18, 25-21 and 25-12.
For DeSales, senior Kylie Fehnel had a match-high 11 kills, while junior outside hitter Lauren Hickley and freshman setter Haley Petrarca each had ten.
Ursinus (7-7) junior outside hitter Kim Goldberg (Sarasota, Fla./Out of Door Academy) and sophomore middle blocker Kristin Hanratty (Cinnaminson, N.J./Cinnaminson) each had seven kills, with senior outside hitter Mary Kate Wilmoth (Wilmington, Del./St. Mark's) having six.
Junior setter Elizabeth Roth (York, Pa./Dallastown Area) had
22 assists, with senior outside hitter Gabriella Galleo (Reading,
Pa./Spring-Ford) netting 15 digs.
Ursinus hosts Dickinson Saturday.
