LANCASTER, Pa. – The Ursinus Women's Track & Field saw five student-athletes take home six All-Conference nods for their performances at the Centennial Outdoor Championships, announced by the conference on Tuesday.

The team consists of top three finishers (except for third-place relay teams) for each event at the 2022 Centennial Women's Track & Field Outdoor Championships that were held from May 6th to 8th.

Junior Rachel Conhoff earned both first team and second team honors while first-year Mikki Pomatto took home first team honors as well. Sophomore Jacqueline Allen was named to second team and first-year Ryann Wauthier and junior Isabelle Deal each were named to the honorable mention team.

Conhoff earned a pair of All-Centennial honors for the first time in her career for the outdoor season. Her gold medal in the 1500-meters garnered her first-team honors as she broke a seven-year-old school record in the process with her time of 4:35.43 on the Sunday of Championships. Conhoff earned second team All-Centennial in the 3000-meter steeplechase after posting a career-best time of 11:21.78 to earn the silver medal.

Pomatto capped her tremendous collegiate debut season by winning the discus on her throw of 37.75 meters to earn first team honors. She became the first Bear to win the women's discus crown since April Brown in 1995 and garners her first-ever All-Centennial honor.

Allen earns second team honors for the second-straight year after registering a silver medal in the shot put on her throw of 11.87 meters. She earned top-five finishes in all three throwing events she competed at the championship meet.

Deal tallied her second All-Centennial honor in the javelin after a gutsy performance at Centennial Championships. Deal shook off injury to record a throw of 38.26 meters to earn the bronze medal which was the second overall medal of her career at Centennial Championships. She also earned honorable mention after the indoor season behind earning a bronze in the shot put.

Wauthier earned her first All-Centennial honor after impressing the field on the first day of championships in the 10,000-meters. She recorded a time of 38:44.70 to grab the bronze medal after not tallying a time in the event during her collegiate debut season until the championship race.
