Complete All-CC Team

LANCASTER, Pa. – Thanks to a string of relay successes, seven members of the Ursinus College women's track and field team were officially named to the All-Centennial Conference team.

Sophomores Michela Coleman and Rachel Coleman each garnered a pair of all-conference laurels, grabbing first-team recognition after winning gold in the 4x200 and a second-team nod for a runner-up finish in the 4x400.

Freshman Kate Hunt and sophomore Gianna Speranza joined the Coleman twins on the first team, while seniors Brittany Gasser and Gabrielle Manto were with them on the second team.

Senior Mikaela Bordonaro was also honored on the second team following a silver medal in the weight throw.

The Bears' victory in the 4x200 was their first in the event since 2015, and the two relay medals are the most at the conference indoor meet since a pair of silver medals at the 2016 championship. The sprinters posted a time of 1:48.92 to edge Haverford by just over a tenth of a second with a time just a little more than a second behind the program record established in 2016.

The 4x400 time of 4:05.69 was a little over a second behind the indoor school record and just under two seconds back of first-place Johns Hopkins.

Bordonaro's toss of 42-4.25 in the weight throw was a new personal best.

Manto was also recognized on the All-Sportsmanship Team.
