Women's Track and Field finishes fourth at Centennial Championships

COLLEGEVILLE, Pa. – Ursinus finished 88.50 points after three days of the Centennial Conference Track and Field Championships hosted by the Bears at Patterson Field. The point total was good enough for fourth place.

On the final day of competition, senior Amanda Laurito captured the 200 meter dash with a time of 25.72, while taking second in the 100 at 12.85.

Junior Victoria Goodenough won the 100 hurdles at 14.57, while taking second in the 400 hurdles at 1:04.85.

Senior Carina Doyle was fifth in the 400 dash at 59.81.

The team of Goodenough, freshman Krista Snyder, Doyle and Laurito was second in the 4x1 at 50.09, while the squad of senior Brianna Kramer, freshman Kirsten Prijs, Goodenough and Doyle were sixth in the 4x4 relay at 4:03.99.

In the field events, senior Morgan Pepe was second in the triple jump at 37-01.75, while junior Amanda Birnbrauer was fifth in the shot put at 36-11.50. Junior Katie Williams was eighth at 34-10.25.

Snyder was fourth in the javelin at 106-03, with senior Natalie Massari seventh at 103-05
