Women's Track eighth after day two of CC Track

COLLEGEVILLE, Pa. – The Ursinus College women's track and field team is eighth  place after day two of the Centennial Conference Outdoor Track and Field Championships hosted by the Bears at Patterson Field.

The Bears earned several points on day one and two, and are primed to earn more points heading into the final day on Sunday.

As far as scoring events over the last two days, Emilia Perry earned an eighth place finish in the 3K Steeplechase with a time of 11:52.14.

In the 4x8 meter relay, the team of Brianna Kramer, Katie Martin, Elizabeth Reynolds and Emily Lamb were sixth with a time of 9:51.42.

In the field events, Celina Sooksatan won the high jump, clearing a height of 5-06.

In the long jump, Morgan Pepe was eighth at 16-05.75.

In a day full of premlinaries, Amanda Laurito earned a top seed in the 100 meter dash with a time of 12.75. She also earned a top seed in the 200 meter dash at 25.77.

In the 400 dash, Carina Doyle is seeded fourth at 59.94.

Victoria Goodenough is seeded first in the 100 hurdles at 14.74, while she is seeded second in the 400 hurdles at 1:04.85.
