Women's Track and Field takes part in Muhlenberg Invite

ALLENTOWN, Pa. – The Ursinus College women's track and field team competed at the non-scoring Muhlenberg Invitational on Saturday.

Junior Victoria Goodenough was the top finisher on the day as she won the 100 hurdles with a tie of 15.03.

Sarah Huang finished second in the 5k with a time of 18:42.93, with Celina Sooksatan finishing second in the high jump at 1.58 meters.

Morgan Pepe earned a third place in the triple jump at 10.71 meters, and a fifth place finish in the long jump at 4.80 meters.

Amanda Laurito was third in the 200 meters at 26.47 and fifth in the 100 meters at 12.92.

Emily Lamb was sixth in the 1500 meter run at 5:00.59, while Carina Doyle was eighth in the 400 meters at 1:00.17.

In field events, Leah Shaw was sixth in the triple jump at 9.94 meters, with Kimberly Snow sixth in the high jump at 1.43 meters.

Katie Williams was eighth in the shot put at 10.09 meters, with Elizabeth Cooley going eighth in the pole vault at 2.65 meters.

In the relays, the team of Goodenough, Doyle, Laurito and Krista Snyder was third in the 4x1 at 51.58. The team of Emily Lamb, Katie Martin, Sarah Huang and Elizabeth Reynolds was fourth in the 4x8 at 10:40.28, while the team of Goodenough, Doyle, Brianna Kramer and Kristen Prijs was third in the 4x4 at 4:08.39.
