COLLEGEVILLE, Pa. – Two weeks before hosting the Centennial Conference championships at Patterson Field, Ursinus had one last meet on their home track and won both sides of the Grizzly Invitational on Saturday.

The women finished first with a total of 309 points, while the men were tops with 239 points.

The women took first or second in nearly every event on the day.

In the 100 dash, Amanda Laurito was first in the event with a time of 12.45, while Caitlin Walsh was fifth at 13.71.

In the 200, Laurito won the event at 26.23, while Walsh was fourth at 28.54. Jennifer Jones took sixth at 29.33, with Caitlin Callahan in eighth at 29.70.

In the 400, Nicole LaRatta was sixth at 1:07.67.

The Bears swept all eight spots in the 800, as Emily Lamb won the event at 2:27.69, while Brianna Kramer was second at 2:28.50. Katie Martin was third at 2:28.52, followed by Caitlin McGee in fourth (2:33.56), Anna Lopresti in fifth at 2:35.56, Jordan Kellogg in sixth at 2:36.90, Stephanie Donatone in seventh at 2:37.78 and Meghan McDermott in eighth at 2:37.83.

Lamb won the 1500-meter run at 5:05.94, with Donatone in third at 5:15.91. Elizabeth Reynolds was in fourth at 5:16.48, Kellogg took sixth at 5:28.24 and Emilia Perry was eighth at 5:31.62.

In the 5k, Sabrina Cimerol was first at 21:16.90, with Chelsie Nemeth second at 22:00.70.

In the 110 hurdles, Victoria Goodenough was first at 15.32, Callahan was third at 18.03, and McGee was fourth at 18.10.

In the 4x1 relay, the team of Goodenough, Carina Doyle, Laurito and Jessica Matusky were fourth at 50.64.

The team of Goodenough, Doyle, Matusky and Kramer won the 4x4 relay at 4:06.43.

Finally, the team of Kellogg, Emily Duffy, McDermott and Isabella Esser-Munera finished first in the 4x8 relay at 12:08.37.

In the field events, Celina Sooksatan was first in the high jump at 5-03.75, while Lopresti was second at 5-01.75. Amy Galvin was third at 4-11.75.

In the pole vault, Amy Schaefer was first at 9-11.75, while Lauren Surman was second at 9-05.75.

In the long jump, Amy Galvin was second at 15-08.25, while Sooksatan was third at 15-04.75. Morgan Pepe took fourth at 15-04.

In the triple jump, Jen Wolf was first at 31-01.75.

Ursinus took the top spots in the shot put, as Katie Williams was first at 35-04, while Amanda Birnbrauer was second at 35-03. Laura Drebrushenko was eighth at 25-11.50.

Birnbrauer was third in the discus at 95-05, while Williams was fifth at 81-07 and Drebrushenko was sixth at 78-04.

In the javelin, Ticora Adams was first at 103-02, with Schaefer taking second at 102-11. Bianca Bartoli was third at 96-06, with Birnbaurer fifth at 88-11, and Alison Cragg sixth at 85-05.
