NEW YORK CITY – The Ursinus College track and field teams competed in the Gotham Cup on Friday night at the New York Armory.

While there was no team scoring, the Bears had several standout performances.

The highlight of the evening was the team of Lauren Goldstein, Jessica Matusky, Victoria Goodenough and Kirsten King setting a new school record in the 4x4 meter relay with a time of 4:06.67. The old mark was 4:11.37 set back in 2002.

King set a new season high in the 400 meter dash with a mark of 1:00.31, while Elizabeth Reynolds set a new top mark in the mile run at 5:28.15.
