BRYN MAWR, Pa. – The hot start for the Ursinus College women's soccer team continues as the Bears (8-1, 3-0 Centennial) got a goal from Katie Bell in the 55th minute in a 1-0 win over Bryn Mawr (2-7, 0-2 Centennial) on Wednesday afternoon on the Main Line.
Bell scored on an assist from Kendall Couch at 54:41 for the lone goal.
Owning a 15-4 edge on shots, goalkeeper Courtney Sullivan made two saves in the win.
Ursinus has now posted five straight shutout wins and have not allowed a goal in conference play in each of its first three contest. Ursinus has now won six straight, and improved to 4-1 in one goal games.
Ursinus hosts McDaniel on Saturday afternoon.
