COLLEGEVILLE, Pa. - Senior guard Alyssa Polimeni (Berkeley Heights, N.J./Governor Livingston Regional) was selected Player of the Week by the Centennial Conference.

Polimeni turned in one of the top performances of her career during Tuesday's 67-56 victory over Swarthmore, nearly recording a triple-double as the Bears (1-3, 1-0) secured their first win of the season in the CC opener. She scored a career-high 21 points, going 6-of-15 from the field and 8-of-11 from the line, and added season highs of eight rebounds and nine assists. 

Through four games, Polimeni leads the team with 4.0 assists per contest (good for fifth in the CC) and is second in scoring (12.8 PPG) and third in rebounding (5.8 per game). She is one of only three players in the conference to average at least 10 points, five rebounds, and four assists per game.
