IMMACULATA, Pa. – The Ursinus College Cross Country teams
had a successful day at the Immaculata Invitational, hosted by
Immaculata University.
The women’s team won the 12-team invitational with 42 points,
while the men were second of 11 teams with 57 points.
The men’s top finisher was senior Dante Dimidio
(Yardley, Pa./Holy Ghost Prep) who was fourth overall at
29:15. Junior Jeremy Garavel (Redding, Conn./Joel
Barlow) was second on the team, and sixth overall, with a
time of 29:25. Freshman Sam Stortz (Dresher, Pa./Upper
Dublin) was ninth at 29:48, junior Chris Senske
(Hatfield, Pa./North Penn) was 18th at 31:05 and junior
Jeff Centafont (Southampton, Pa./William Tennent)
was 20th at 31:07.
Ursinus will be at the Philadelphia Metro Meet on September 26th.
