LANCASTER, Pa. – Following another strong mark on the pole vault, freshman Brody Myers was named Centennial Conference Indoor Field athlete of the week, announced by the conference on Tuesday morning.

Myers garnered his third field athlete of the week accolade from the Centennial after recording a top-five finish at the VMI Winter Classic on Saturday that consisted of Division I, II, and III teams. Myers continued his steady season by placing third overall in the pole vault with a mark of 4.50 meters during the VMI Winter Classic. It was his second-highest mark of the season and best pole vault mark of the weekend among men's Centennial athletes.

The Camp Hill native's top mark of the season in the event at 15-3 ft. is almost a clear two feet ahead of his closest competitor in the conference rankings and holds the five highest pole vault marks measured in the Centennial Conference this season.

Ursinus returns to action on Saturday, February 19th at the Keogh Invitational hosted by Haverford at 10:30 a.m. in the final tune-up before Centennial Indoor Track & Field Championships.
