Men's T&F Picks up Three Firsts at Dickinson

CARLISLE, Pa. – The Ursinus College men's track and field team picked up three winning performances during the Dickinson Quad Invite.

Griffin McMann started the party on Friday night, breaking his own school record in the hammer throw to take first place at 44.82 meters. Nick Galbraith finished third with a career-best 41.10 meters, and George Psaradakis was fifth with a PR of his own (39.21 meters).

Evan Giannetti joined McMann with a throws victory, unleashing a 50.46-meter javelin throw. Riley Grourke was runner-up at 47.72 meters, and Galbraith placed third at 38.45 meters.

Daniel Maloney grabbed a new personal best in the 110-meter hurdles, crossing first in a time of 16.27 seconds.

Tyler Reilly came within a hair of winning the 200-meter dash, finishing .007 seconds behind Dickinson's Cole Boback with a season-best 22.638 in an electrifying race.

Daniel Tabor placed third in the 400 at 51.89 seconds.

Zach Crebbin was runner-up in the high jump at 1.87 meters and also took fourth in the long jump (6.05 meters).

Dylan Simms, Payton Stanziani, Josh Klingele, and Tucker McGrath placed second in the 4x800-meter relay (8:18.49).

Giles Daly headed a parade of Bears in the 1500 meters, taking third in a career-best 4:08.48. Klingele was fourth with a personal-best 4:11.12, while Colin McCarthy shattered his previous best with a 4:12.46 to take fifth. Jesse Wun registered a PR of his own at 4:14.52.

Christian Torres (38.09 meters) was fourth in the discus, just ahead of McMann (38.08).
