WEST CHESTER, Pa. –The Bears men's track and field participated in the Golden Ram Collegiate Invitational on Saturday afternoon hosted by West Chester University.
Sophomore Jatin Narang (Germantown, Md./Clarksburg) placed fourth in the 1500 meter run at 4:09.19.
Sophomore Chris Flood (Houston, Texas/Kingwood HS) placed eighth in the 110 meter hurdles at 18.48.
Freshman Marquis Wilson (New Rochelle, N.Y./The Hackley School) took eighth in the discus throw at 34.00m.
Wilson took fourth in the javelin throw at 51.61m. Senior Chris Salaga (Florence, NJ/Florence) took sixth with 48.44m and senior Lance Jones (Philadelphia, Pa./Friends Central) took seventh at 47.90m.
Senior Andrew Carr (Phoenixville, Pa./Phoenixville) took third place in the shot put at 13.21m. Sophomore Brian Clancy (Havertown, Pa./Havertown HS) took seventh at 12.32m.
The Bears travel to the Danny Curran Invitational at Widener on Friday and Saturday.
