NEW YORK CITY – The Ursinus College track and field teams competed in the Gotham Cup on Friday night at the New York Armory.

While there was no team scoring, the Bears had several athletes set new season bests.

Andrew Carr had a 14.14 meter (46-04.75) toss in the shot put, setting a new season high.

In the mile run, Jatin Narang finished with a time of 4:27.21, and set a new season high in the 800 meter run at 2:02.88.

Jordan Grannum set a new high water mark in the 400 meter dash at 50.17, 1.5 seconds faster than his mark one week prior at the University of Maryland.
