Men's Tennis defeats Moravian, 7-2

BETHLEHEM, Pa. – The Ursinus College men's tennis team moved its record to 8-4 with a 7-2 win over Moravian on Thursday afternoon.

Ursinus started the day by winning two of three doubles matches as Logan-Metcalf-Kelly and Evan Stutchin defeated Matt Tuorto and John Wylie at number one flight 8-2. At number three flight, Mike Melchiorre and David Rowe defeated Brad Kutcha and C.J. Widdifield, 8-4.

In singles play, Stutchin defeated Tuorto at number one flight, 6-0, 6-0, with Tyler Arsenault defeating Wylie at number two flight, 6-2, 6-3.

Dylan Marsh picked up a win at number four flight, 7-5, 7-5, over Lewis Cooper with Metcalf-Kelly winning his singles match at number five flight, 6-2, 6-1 over Kutcha.

Finally, Dalton Lynch defeated Widdifield at number six flight, 6-2, 6-4.
