Men's Tennis blanked by Swarthmore, 9-0

SWARTHMORE, Pa. – The Ursinus College men's tennis team suffered its first shutout of the season on Thursday afternoon, dropping a match to Swarthmore by a 9-0 score. The Bears faced the Garnet, who were the eighth-ranked team in the Atlantic South Region.

Despite the shutout, freshman Evan Stutchin battled Swarthmore's Max Kaye at number one singles. Stutchin fought off five match points before falling 6-1, 7-5.

Ursinus is at Dickinson on Saturday.
