Men's Swimming falls to Swarthmore, 109-96

SWARTHMORE, Pa. – Homestanding Swarthmore won the final relay by .06 seconds as the Garnet held on to defeat Ursinus 109-96 in a men's swimming meet on Saturday.

Freshman Marcus Wagner was a top finisher in the 1000 free at 10:08.61 and the 500 free at 4:56.21, while senior John Wieczorek was first in the 50 free at 22.17.

Sophomore Henry Nonack was second in the 1000 free at 10:30.68, with senior Alexander Pandelidis taking second in the 200 free at 1:48.55. Sophomore Alec Heckman was second in the 100 fly at 54.57 with junior Benjamin Jumper second in the 100 free at 49.93.

Freshman Chase Renninger was second in the 100 back at 54.93, followed by senior Charles Messa second in the 100 breast at 1:04.40.
