Men's Swimming drops meet to Albright

READING, Pa.  – The Ursinus College men's swimming team dropped a close meet to Albright Wednesday evening by a 106-99 score.

The Bears started off the night with a first-place finish in the 200 yard medley relay as the team of Jacob Robinson, Charles Messa, Chris Smith and John Wieczorek won the event at 1:42.93.

Scott Paine continued the winning, taking the 1000 free by 11 seconds over the second place finisher with a tiem of 10:21.52. Wieczorek added a top finish in the 50 free at 22.47.

In the 200 IM, Robinson was first with a time of 2:04.36, with Smith adding a first place finish in the 100 fly at 54.91.

Paine took his second top finish of the night in the 500 free at 4:58.84 

Smith had a second place finish in the 200 free at 1:50.99, with Wieczorek taking second in the 100 free at 50.79. Robinson was second in the 100 back at 56.53.

David Yazbeck took  a second place finish in the 100 breast at 1:05.12.
