All-Centennial Conference Men's Soccer

COLLEGEVILLE, Pa. – Ursinus College placed a pair of players on the All-Centennial Conference Men's Soccer team, as senior forward Ryan Butler (Palmyra, N.J./Palmyra) and junior midfielder Ryan Molyneaux (Harleysville, Pa./Souderton Area) were honored on the Second Team. Junior defender Stephen Meixner (Mt. Laurel, N.J./Lenape) was recognized on the All-Sportsmanship Team.

Butler's latest laurel caps a stellar career for the striker, who was named to the All-CC First Team in 2013 and to the Second Team in both 2012 - when he was the CC Rookie of the Year - and 2014. The first player in program history with four consecutive all-conference seasons, Butler led the league in shots (77) in 2015, registering a team-high eight goals (T-4th, CC) and three assists for a 19-point campaign, good for sixth in the conference. He was second in goals (5) and fifth in points (11) in conference games. His top performance came in a 4-0 shutout at Immaculata on October 21, when he netted a hat trick and assisted on the other goal for a seven-point night. Butler finished his standout career with 36 goals and seven assists (79 points) in 62 games (61 starts).

An Honorable Mention all-conference honoree a year ago, Molyneaux put forth another stellar effort at the head of the Bear midfield unit. He started all 16 games, recording a goal and an assist. Meixner, meanwhile, made 16 starts in the defensive backfield.
