Haverford blanks Men's Soccer, 4-0

COLLEGEVILLE, Pa. – Nationally-ranked Haverford scored two goals in each half as the Fords (13-3, 8-0 Centennial) locked up the top-seed in the conference tournament with a 4-0 win over Ursinus (2-9-4, 0-5-3 Centennial) Thursday night in men's soccer play.

Brady Seitz had a goal and an assist in the win, while Tejan Walcott, Sam Yarosh and Ryan Hill all scored for the Fords.

Walcott scored on a spin move in the 20th minute for a 1-0 Haverford lead, while Seitz scored with just nine seconds left in the first half on a direct kick. Seitz did assist on the Fords first goal.

Yarosh scored his 15th goal of the season in the 59th minute on an assist from Ben Field, while Hill's goal at 84:27 came on a penalty kick.

Ursinus got four saves from junior goalie Vince Maiorino.

Ursinus hosts Muhlenberg on Saturday to close the season.
