LANCASTER, Pa. – Ursinus College freshman attack Bobby McClure has been named the Centennial Conference Men's Lacrosse Offensive Player of the Week.

McClure had a banner afternoon in the squad's lone game last week, exploding for a career-high five points on four goals and an assist as the Bears overturned a 4-0 second-quarter deficit and pulled away for a 13-9 victory at Mary Washington on Saturday. McClure scored on all four of his shots and picked up a ground ball; he had a hand in each of Ursinus' first three goals as the Bears ended the second quarter on a 5-0 run.

McClure has made a huge impact in his introduction to collegiate lacrosse, leading the Bears with five goals and tying for the team lead with nine points through the first two games.

Ursinus heads to Albright for a non-conference clash on Saturday.
