Ursinus Men's Golf Ace Ursinus Invitational

            The Ursinus Men's Golf Team captured the Ursinus Invitational at Stonewall Golf Club shooting a combined (307) +27 To Par. The Bears eased their way to victory a clear 15 strokes ahead of second place finisher Lebanon Valley College (322) +42.

            Senior Russell Hill (Bordentown, NJ) dominated the course as he posted a -1 (one under) 69. Seven stroke better than fellow teammate freshmen Lamar Saxon (Gilbertsville, PA) and  Drew Lagan (Winnetka, IL) from Swarthmore College who both posted scores of +6 (six over) 76.

            The win moved Russell to 3-0 this season in competition and gave the team their second straight win. The team will know turn their attention to the Centennial Conference Championships at DuPont CC in Wilmington, DE on April 23. The event will be a three day tournament.
