ELVERSON, Pa. – The Ursinus College men's golf team hosted the 2011 Ursinus College Invitational on a rain-soaked Stonewall North Course on Tuesday afternoon. The invitational is also used as a tune up for the 2011 Centennial Conference Championships, which will take place next weekend at the same course.
Ursinus finished with a total team score of 364.
For the Bears, freshman Chris McCann (Sandy Hook, Conn./Newtown) finished with a team best score of 86, with sophomore Tim Duke (Fort Washington, Pa./Upper Dublin) and freshman Paul Luchon (Limerick, Pa./Spring-Ford) each posting a 92. Senior Brian Lutzow (Abington, Pa./Archbishop Wood) posted a 94, with sophomore Kevin Janowski (New Egypt, N.J./New Egypt) carding a 96.
