GETTYSBURG, Pa. – The host Bullets put three players in double figures as Gettysburg (7-7, 4-3 Centennial) rallied from a six-point halftime deficit to defeat Ursinus (4-10, 3-4 Centennial) 54-47 Thursday night.
Gettysburg got 13 points from Joe Emerusabe and ten points each from Alex Zurn and Sean Gordon.
Ursinus was led by junior forward Jon Ward (Allentown, Pa./Parkland) who had a game-high 15 points on 7-for-10 shooting. Sophomore guard Pat Vasturia (Medford, N.J./Bishop Eustace) had nine points in the loss.
Ursinus had a 35-29 lead on the glass, with Ward grabbing nine.
Ursinus will host McDaniel Saturday afternoon.
