Riley Acton is a junior from Acton, Mass. where she attended Acton- Boxborough Regional High School. Before Ursinus she trained at 10.0 Academy of Gymnastics in Stow, Mass. under coaches Christalle and Dave Auger. Acton is the daughter of Michael Acton and Miriam Smith and sister of Lily and Grace. She is a double major in Mathematics and Business and Economics with a minor in Statistics. On campus she is involved with the CIE fellow program, a Member of Kappa Mu Epsilon Mathematics Honor Society, a Recipient of The John Moore Wickersham Phi Beta Kappa Sophomore Book Award and on the Dean's List every semester.
2011-2012: Competed on vault and bars 10 times, floor 4 times. Scored season highs of 9.5 on vault, 9.15 on bars, and 9.125 on floor. Qualified to NCGA Championships as an individual on vault and bars.
2012-2013: Competed on vault and bars 10 times, floor 5 times. Scored career high 9.525 on vault on 2/10 against Temple. Scored career high 9.2 on bars at ECACs.
