Jamie Hammell is a sophomore here at Ursinus College. She is a 2011 graduate of West Milford High School in West Milford, New Jersey. She is a member of National Art Honor Society and Mu Alpha Theta (Math Honor Society). Jamie is a Peer leader for her Youth Ministry group, an Extraordinary Minister of Holy Communion, lector, and a member of the parish council at her church, St. Joseph’s. Jamie trained at Eastern National Academy of Gymnastics in Pompton Plains, New Jersey with her coach Rich Seikunas. Jamie holds the state balance beam record for Level 8. She is a two time regional qualifier, a Level 9 Eastern National qualifier, and was selected as a NJ team member for the Senior Showcase Nationals for High School Gymnastics. She plans to compete bars, beam, and floor.
