GENEVA, N.Y.  – Ursinus senior forward Alyssa Thren's (Barto, Pa./Upper Perkiomen) goal with just 9:19 left in the second half propelled 11th-ranked Ursinus (10-2) to a 2-1 win over 17th-ranked William Smith (11-3) in a non-conference field hockey matchup Saturday afternoon in the Empire State.

Ursinus, who finished with 21 shots, will host West Chester at 1 p.m. Sunday in the annual Snell Cup game.
