MYRTLE BEACH, S.C. – In day three of their trip to South Carolina, the Ursinus College baseball team dropped a 9-3 decision to Stevens at the Ripken Complex.
Ursinus (1-3) was led by freshman outfielder Austin Kurey who had two hits, while freshman infielder CJ Diana had a double. Ursinus trailed 5-0 after three innings, before scoring three in the bottom of the fourth. Stevens added one in the fifth and three in the eighth.
Freshman right hander Louis Aikins took the loss, allowing four earned runs in six innings of work. He struck out two and walked one.
