Women's Track and Field competes at Patriot Games

FAIRFAX, Va. - The Ursinus College women's track and field team competed Saturday at the Patriot Games Invitational hosted by George Mason University. The Bears did not score.

Emily Lamb won her heat in the 800 with a season best time of 2:23. She finished fourth overall against Division I competition.

Chloe Johnson-Hyde had a 8.3 in the 60 dash, which was a season best. She is currenty sixth in the conference. She also ran a season-best 27.7 in the 200, while Erin Farrell finished 27.7 in that event as well.

Kristen Prijs nearly set a new season best in the 400 as she had a 1:02.8. Catherine Buczek hit the Centennial Conference qualifying standard in the 400 by running a 1:04.

Chelsea Nemeth ran over a 10 second personal record in the 3k by running a 11:49.
