Men's Basketball falls in consolation final to Anna Maria, 91-76

MIDDLETOWN, Conn. – Anna Maria led wire-to-wire on Saturday afternoon, handing Ursinus a 91-76 loss in the consolation game of the Wesleyan University Tip-Off tournament.

Anna Maria, who led by as much as 27 points in the first half, put five players in double figures led by Chris Pinsonault's game-high 19 points.

Ursinus had five players score in double figures in the loss, led by 16 points from freshman guard Jesse Krasna (Fairless Hills, Pa./Pennsbury), with freshman guard Ryan Adams (White Plains, N.Y./The Hun School) scoring 13.

Sophomore forward Jon Ward (Allentown, Pa./Parkland) had 12 points and a game-high 14 rebounds. Also adding in 12 points was sophomore guard Matt Donahue (Mechanicsburg, Pa./Trinity), with senior guard Matt Hilton (Lewistown, Pa./Lewistown Area) scoring 11.

Ursinus hosts McDaniel in its home opener on Tuesday night.
