Rosen Nenchev joined the Ursinus men's soccer staff as an assistant prior to the 2018 campaign.
 
Before beginning his collegiate career, Nenchev coached at club level with Penn Fusion Soccer Academy and West Chester United Soccer Club. He spent two years each as a head coach and as an assistant to the men's soccer program, helping to develop players who committed to play collegiate soccer at Division I, II and III programs. During that time, his teams reached the final of the State Cup National Championship Series three times and won it in 2014, also reaching the semifinals of the US Youth Soccer Region 1. Two players from his teams progressed to the Philadelphia Union Academy.
 
As an assistant to the women's soccer program for three years, Rosen Nenchev helped develop players who committed to play collegiate soccer at the Division I, II and III levels. One player from his team was selected to the roster for the U.S. Soccer U19 Women's National Team camp and another player was named by U.S. Soccer U17 Women's National Team to the 20-player roster for the 2016 CONCACAF U17 Women's Championship.
 
In 2012, Nenchev was a staff member of the Philadelphia Union YSC Player Development Program.
 
Nenchev was a five-year starter (1992-1996) during his days as a youth academy player at FC Sliven in Bulgaria, a professional club in Division 1 at that time. In 1997, Nenchev was selected by Army FC and was a reserve team player.
 
Nenchev holds an 'A' license from the USSF. In 2014, he received the Penn Fusion Soccer Academy Travel Coach of the Year Award.
 
A 2002 graduate of University of National and World Economy (Sofia, Bulgaria) with a bachelor's degree in economics, Rosen Nenchev resides in Media with his wife Krysta and daughters Mara and Olivia.
