Sarah Cullinan is in her third season as an assistant coach at Ursinus.

Cullinan, a 2011 graduate of Elizabethtown College, was a four-year star for the Blue Jays at the midfielder and attack positions. She was a two-time All-Region player and a two-year captain, and was named the Middle Atlantic Conference Player of the Year in 2011 on the way to earning first team IWLCA All-American status.

Cullinan completed her master's degree in Sports Management from Millersville University in 2013.  She served as an assistant at Elizabethtown for two seasons, and was an assistant at Franklin & Marshall for a year before arriving at Ursinus.
