Attack

Ursinus College Field Hockey invites you to our turf for a clinic that is all about scoring.  Goalkeepers & Field Players alike will spend time honing their skills in the most crucial space on the field – the scoring circle.

Field players will be taking on an attack player mentality while developing their shooting talents, shot variety, quick release, deflection skills, and corner strike.

Goalkeepers can expect high repetitions to work on footwork, angles, movement and setting on shots, clears and aerial balls.

Defense

Ursinus College Field Hockey is excited to offer a spring clinic completely focused on defense.

We will be emphasizing the keys to solid defense: footwork, body positioning, tackle techniques, communication, and teamwork.  Players can expect to work on both even numbers and numbers down defensive situations as well as team tactics such defensive corners and the press.
