HUNTINGDON VALLEY, Pa. – Rachel Conhoff picked up the first individual title of her career to headline a first-place effort for the Ursinus College women's cross country team at the Penn State Abington Invitational.

The sophomore was one of four in the top eight for the Bears, who accounted for almost half of the first 20 individual finishers and posted their first team title since the Highlander Invitational in 2014.

Lauren Ferguson took third overall with a mark of 22:39.4, while Holly Chambers (23:27.1) and Katherine Moore (23:31.4) were separated by just a few ticks in seventh and eighth place, respectively.

The Bears' average time of 23:08 was more than two-and-a-half minutes faster than that of second-place Immaculata.
