IMMACULATA, Pa. - The Ursinus College Cross Country teams had a successful day at the Immaculata Invitational, hosted by Immaculata University.
The women's team won the 12-team invitational with 42 points,
while the men were second of 11 teams with 57 points.
For the women, sophomore Lauren Alexandra (Pottstown,
Pa./Villa Marie Academy) finished second overall with a
time of 20:34, followed by junior Deb Yannessa
(Haddonfield, N.J./Paul IV High School) in seventh place
with a time of 21:31.
Sophomore Chelsie Schadt (Youngsville, N.Y./Sullican
West) was tenth overall at 21:38, followed by sophomore
Stephanie Donatone (Morristown, N.J./Morristown)
in 11th place at 21:44. Freshman Rebecca
Hollenbach (Quakertown, Pa./Palisades) in 12th
place at 21:54.
Ursinus will be at the Philadelphia Metro Meet on September
26th.
