NORFOLK, Va. – The Ursinus College women's swimming team turned in the best of a long string of standout academic performances, earning Scholar All-American Team distinction from the College Swimming and Diving Coaches Association of America (CSCAA).

This marks the 11^th consecutive semester in which the women's program has garnered the accolade, which recognizes teams that achieve a grade-point average of 3.0 or higher during each semester. The Bears accrued a team GPA of 3.81 in the spring, a program record.

Abigail Ferguson, Sophie Lear, Sophie May, Katelyn Moore, and Haley Sturla all received perfect 4.0 GPAs during the spring semester. 

The CSCAA will announce its individual Scholar All-Americans next week.
