COLLEGEVILLE, Pa. – Gettysburg's Molly Philips scored with just 3:42 remaining in regulation to give the Bullets (3-2, 1-0 Centennial) a 1-0 win over Ursinus (2-4, 0-1 Centennial) in women's soccer play Saturday night.
Philips scored on a shot toward the upper right corner as she drove along the end line.
Ursinus, who held an 11-7 advantage on shots, got three shots from senior forward Kelly Boatwright (Riverton, N.J./Palmyra).
Sophomore goalkeeper Kara DiJoseph (Turnersville, N.J./Washington Township) made three saves in the loss for Ursinus, who heads to Swarthmore on Wednesday.
