ALLENTOWN, Pa. - Muhlenberg's Kasey Hacker scored six minutes
into the match as Muhlenberg (11-5, 8-1 Centennial) handed Ursinus
(8-6-1, 4-4-1 Centennial) a 1-0 loss on Tuesday night in women's
soccer play.
Hacker's goal, her fifth of the season, came as she turned and shot
the ball over freshman goalkeeper Justine Harvey (Accident,
Md./Northern Garrett Co.)
Ursinus, who was outshot 9-8 in the defensive battle, had
a chance to tie it late. A shot from sophomore defender
Monica Oliveto (Robesonia, Pa./Conrad Weiser) went
into the goal, but, was wiped out due to an offsides call at
81:44.
Harvey had three saves in the loss, while Michele Toher had three
saves for the Mules.
