FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla. – The Ursinus College wrestling team finished 13th overall at the 2011 Citrus Invitational Friday afternoon with a team total of 42.5 points.
The top finish came from freshman Chris Donaldson (Wilmington, Del./Salesianum), who started his trip at 125 pounds with a 22-7 win over Nathan Grieser of Ohio Northern, then dropped a close 4-3 decision to Janie Santana of New York University.
In the consolation bracket, he pinned Jerome Pasquale of Ohio Northern in 2:06, then defeated Chris Paulus of Upper lowa via fall in 4:42.
After a medical forfeit win over John Cobos of John Carroll, he defeated Delian Schneider of Heidelberg 8-7 in the third place bout.
