COLLEGEVILLE, Pa. – Lydia Konstanzer's unrivaled resume earned one last notch on Tuesday as the senior Ursinus College women's basketball star received second team All-Mid-Atlantic Region honors from D3hoops.com.

Konstanzer needed no St. Patrick's Day luck to further cement her rarified standing in program lore. Also a second team all-region performer in 2019, she is the first player in team history to garner multiple all-region accolades.

Konstanzer, the Mid-Atlantic rookie of the year in 2017, put up another remarkable campaign as the focal point of the Bears' game plan. The senior co-captain was one of just two players in the Centennial Conference to average a double-double, ranking fourth in scoring at 17.1 points per game and second in rebounding at 10.1 boards a night on the way to a second consecutive first team all-league nod. She piled up 16 double-doubles and led the conference in steals (60) and defensive rebounds while ranking second in rebounds per game and total field goals (175); third in blocks (41); fourth in points per game and field-goal percentage (46.8); and fifth in total free throws (74).

A three-time All-Centennial honoree, Konstanzer finished 11th in Division III in double-doubles, stringing together 10 in a row down the stretch.

Konstanzer ended her career second in program history in both points (1,624) and rebounds (956).
