LANGHORNE, Pa. – The Ursinus College men's cross country team finished second at the Cairn Invitational on Saturday with a team score of 76 points in an 11-team field.
Sophomore Vincent Flood (Jamison, Pa./Holy Ghost Prep) finished with the top spot on the squad in fifth place at 28:04, while sophomore David Slade (Abington, Pa./Abington) was 11th overall at 28:53.
Sophomore Jason Rudich (Hillsborough, N.J./Hillsborough) was 16th overall at 29:35, followed by freshman Luke Schlegel (Wallingford, Pa./St. Joseph's Prep) in 21st place at 29:58.
Freshman Dylan Ammons (Douglassville, Pa./Daniel Boone) was 23rd overall at 30:15, followed by sophomore Andrew Mackin (Bryn Mawr, Pa./Radnor) in 29th place at 30:33 and sophomore Conor Flood (Lancaster, Pa./Lancaster Country Day) in 39th at 32:06.
