ALLENTOWN, Pa. – The Ursinus College cross country teams won both ends of the Mule-Falcon Classic hosted by Cedar Crest College on Saturday afternoon.

The women won the ten team event with 30 points, while the men were first out of nine teams with 36 points.

Men

The top finisher for the Bears in the 8k race was freshman Jatin Narang with a time of 27:47.2, followed by senior Jeremy Garavel (Redding, Conn./Joel Barlow) with a time of 28:09.3 in third place. Sopohomore Sam Stortz (Dresher, Pa./Upper Dublin) was in fourth place at 28:24.1. Sophomore Amos Almy (Charleston, Maine/Foxcroft Academy) was in 13^th place with a time of 29:39.5, followed by junior Bogdan Lischenko (Philadelphia, Pa./J.R. Masterson) in 14^th place at 29:42.6. The fifth finisher for the Bears was freshman Charles Wacker (Plymouth Meeting, Pa./P-W) in 15^th place at 29:44.9.
