Among the 14 selections for the Bears were: seniors Octavious Carter and  Zach Crebbin in the 4x100 relay, junior Daniel Maloney in the 110-meter hurdles, freshman Brody Myers in the pole vault, senior Brandon Slaboda for the decathlon, senior Tyler Reilly for the 400-meter dash, 4x100 relay, and 4x400 relay, junior Daniel Tabor in the 4x100 and 4x400 relay, senior Nick Galbraith in the shot put and hammer throw, and junior Payton Stanziani plus Devon Greaves for the 4x400 relay.

To be named all-region, an athlete must finish either in the top five of an individual event or be part of a top-three relay team.

Reilly had the most selections of the 10 with three in the 400, 4x100, and 4x400. He won gold in all three events at the Centennial Championships as a part of being named Centennial Conference Track Athlete of the Year. He had the fifth-fastest time in the Metro Region for the 400 with his mark of 48.85 in the Centennial meet. Reilly, Greaves, Tabor, and Stanziani blitzed the school and Centennial Conference record with their time of 3:13.62 at the AARTFC Meet and became the first Bears relay team to compete at the NCAA championships. Their time was second to only Rowan in the metro region. The 4x100 team of Reilly, Carter, Crebbin, and Tabor smashed the school, Centennial, and Centennial Championship meet record with their time of 41.94 which was also the third-fastest in the metro region.

Galbraith garnered his first outdoor All-Region selections behind his gold medals in the shot put and hammer throw. His winning throw in the shot put was the fourth-best mark in the metro region at 15.56 meters and he ranked fifth in the hammer on a school record throw of 51.67 at the Gwynedd Mercy Twilight Meet. Galbraith was named the Centennial Conference Field Athlete of the Year following his four-medal performance at the Centennial Meet.

Myers capped off his breakout first collegiate season by earning his second all-region honor of the school year. His school record mark of 4.61 meters was the second-highest in the metro region and completed a sweep of the pole vault titles between the indoor and outdoor championships. He became the first Bear to win the pole vault title at the Centennial Championships and was also named Centennial Conference Men's Track & Field Rookie of the Year.

Maloney earned his second all-region honor for the school year after recording the second-fastest time in the 110-meter hurdles of 15.08 at the Ursinus Invitational in early April. He finished third in the event at the Centennial Championships to earn the bronze medal.

Slaboda capped his collegiate career off with his second all-region honor and first in the decathlon. He amassed 4,730 points in the decathlon at Centennial Championships which placed him with a fourth place finish. His point total was the third-highest in the Metro Region.
