NORFOLK, Va. – The Ursinus College men's swimming team was rewarded for its success in the classroom with Scholar All-America Team recognition from the College Swimming and Diving Coaches Association of America (CSCAA).

The CSCAA Scholar All-America Team program recognizes teams that achieve a grade-point average of 3.0 or higher during each semester. The Bears received the honor for the sixth consecutive spring after posting a cumulative GPA of 3.62 during the most recent semester, a team record. 

Jared Krawetz, Casey Lear, and Samuel Sjosten all secured a perfect 4.0 in the most recent semester.

The CSCAA will announce its individual Scholar All-Americans next week.
