FRESHMAN (2016-2017): Broke three individual program records while assisting in two others ... Shattered the Ursinus record in the 500 free at the Centennial Conference Championship, posting a time of 4:34.52 which was good enough for a silver medal ... Broke the program record in the 200 free with a time of 1:41.70, grabbing another silver medal in the process ... Was part of the foursome to break the Ursinus record in the 800 free relay with a 6:52.46 and a second-place finish ... Earned an NCAA B cut with a 4th-place finish in the 1650 free (16:12.92) while breaking another school record ... Had another 4th-place finish in the 400 free relay, in which his squad finished in a new program-best 3:08.30 

Before Ursinus: Four-time All-State swimmer at Delaware Military Academy, where he was the swim team's captain his senior year 

Personal: Born December 8, 1997 ... Son of Jeff and Michelle Menzer ... Has three siblings, Alec (18), Emma (16) and Kate (15) ... Biology and Neuroscience major ... Also a Student Senate representative and participates in Wismer on Wheels 

Why Ursinus? I really enjoyed the team dynamic when I came on my overnight. I also chose Ursinus because of the stellar academics.
