Neff Tabbed to Philadelphia Inquirer Academic All-Area Team

PHILADELPHIA, Pa. – Ursinus College men's lacrosse standout Brian Neff was selected to the Philadelphia Inquirer Academic All-Area Team, the latest in a career full of athletic and academic accolades for one of the College's most decorated student-athletes. The team, which requires a minimum GPA of 3.20, is voted on by the sports information offices of 30 Philadelphia-area institutions.

Neff, recently named a USILA Scholar All-American for the second time, is the only player in program history to earn three All-America and three first team All-Centennial Conference laurels. The 2016 CC Defensive Player of the Year, Neff is Ursinus' all-time record holder for saves, goals-against average, and save percentage. He was an integral member of the most successful class in Bears history, which went 46-18 over the last four seasons and reached the CC championship game each of the last two.

A business and economics major, Neff graduated last month with a 3.47 cumulative GPA.
