Men's Golf Wraps Up CC Championship

HERSHEY, PA. - The Ursinus College men's golf team wrapped up their final rounds of the Centennial Conference Championships on Sunday afternoon from the Hershey Country Club.  

Ursinus finished in 7th place with a team tally of 984 (+144) over the three-day event. Franklin and Marshall won the team title after finishing just 19-over throughout the weekend and landed on a team tally of 859.  Jordan Pick led the Bears throughout the weekend finishing tied for 24th place after finishing 26-over through three rounds. Pick finished day three shooting with an 11-over 81 and totaled 236 total strokes throughout the weekend. His day was highlighted by a birdie on the par-4 10th hole that stretches over 365 yards. He finished his weekend tied for 9th in birdies with six.  

Senior Peyton Vostenak had the best day out of the five Bears competing this weekend after closing out his round with an 8-over 78. Vostenak finished 38-over after three rounds and placed 32nd while totaling four birdies over the weekend. His day was highlighted by birdies on the par-4 5th and par-5 14th holes.  

Sophomore Evan Coffey (t-33rd) and senior Luke Godzieba (35th) each wrapped up their final rounds with an 11-over 81. Coffey made two birdies on the front nine and closed out his round with four consecutive pars. Godzieba had his best round of the weekend signing for an 81 and finished his day with 12 pars.  

Billy Cardino signed for an 86 (+16) on his final round of the tournament. His day was highlighted by four straight pars on the front nine and finished with four more on the back nine to wrap up his tournament.
