MOOSIC, Pa. – The Ursinus College men's golf team played its second 36-hole tournament in as many outings, finishing fourth at the Gino Biondi Memorial at Glenmaura National over the weekend.

Battling chilly temperatures and gusting winds, especially during Sunday's second round, the Bears put together a team tally of 676 (329-347) to land in the middle of an eight-team pack. Franklin & Marshall grabbed the trophy with a 610, well ahead of Rosemont (642) and Swarthmore (645). Ursinus was four strokes clear of Cabrini (680), and the Cavaliers were followed by Scranton (689), Arcadia (717), and Marywood (722).

Freshman Kyle Quagliero netted his third top-10 showing of the fall with a two-day 158 (75-83), placing him in a tie for eighth overall. The rookie was in second place after the first round, firing a 4-over 75 at the 6308-yard track. It marked Qualgiero's fifth round of 75 or better through the first eight of his collegiate career.

Junior Ryan Hodgdon landed four shots out of the top-10 with a 36-hole 164 (79-85), tying for 14th place.

Junior Brian Barrett was 25th with a 176 (89-87), and senior Bennett Collins fell one stroke shy of his season best with an opening 86 en route to a 178 (86-92). Freshman Kai Toomey shot a 209 (108-101).

The Bears close out their fall campaign with the Arcadia Invitational on Monday, October 29 at Cedarbrook Country Club.
