ELVERSON, Pa. – The Ursinus College men's golf team hosted its annual Spring Invitational at Stonewall-North Course, just three days before the start of the Centennial Conference Championships.
The Bears finished with a team score of 335 in the eight-team event, but, junior Russell Hill capped his season at home by winning the event with a score of 71.
Senior Chris McCann shot a 78 to finish tied for seventh, while freshman Anthony Barbine and sophomore Matt Holmes had a 93. Senior Jake Neiman carded a 102.
A second-team comprised of three Ursinus players did not score as a team, but, junior John Jenkins had a 95, while senior David Nolan and Scott Shelton each had 101.
